OUR FOUNDER
When our founder, Wejdan Alshaheen, moved from Dubai to England and went about setting up a business, she found that it was easier said than done. Governmental red tape, a different cultural landscape and a fast-moving business environment made it hard to get a foothold, so she resolved to fix this issue for others in Dubai, UAE, and in the Middle East in general, who are looking to branch over to the UK or start something new.
Now, providing London company formation is her speciality. She has such a passion for helping businesses from the UAE, those following in her footsteps, to establish themselves overseas that she has been able to turn it into a full-time occupation. Founded in August 2021, this is a new venture, built upon the experience she acquired when setting herself up in the UK.
